At Bell Court we are marketing new, purpose-built industrial units suitable for production, distribution or storage. The units incorporate offices and have been constructed to a high specification, with an excellent EPC rating. Each unit benefits from insulated and electrically operated high slide-over door access.  50% of the site has now been let or sold.
