Collect & Pay - a new way to manage service charge demands

We at Rowland Jones Chartered Surveyors are now able to offer you a solution, our new "Collect and Pay" service!
Rowland Jones Chartered Surveyors is the leading provider of Residential Property Management Services in the Swansea area.
We are currently developing a unique new service called "Collect and Pay". This service is aimed at management companies' directors who answer yes to the questions above.
For an agreed fee per apartment we will:
- Issue service charge demands in the correct format
- Bank the receipts in a property specific client account and carry out bank reconciliations
- Chase arrears in accordance with an agreed Arrears Chasing Policy and pay authorised contractors' invoices.
- We will also send expenditure and arrears reports to the management company on a quarterly basis
