Full time accounts assistant

Reporting to Finance Director

Providing accounting and administration services to the Residential and Commercial management departments.

Key Responsibilities & Tasks

Posting all bank/cheque receipts for management clients/estates

Undertake weekly/monthly bank reconciliations for client accounts

Arrears chasing

Assist in compiling year end accounts for auditors for management clients

Inputting invoices on to Sage and paying authorised invoices

Undertaking bank duties as required

Inputting/updating details on various software packages

Dealing with landlord and tenant enquiries, arranging meetings and greeting visitors

Undertaking photocopying, scanning and assisting with file storage systems.

Comply with Customer Care Policy

Comply with RICS members rules of conduct

Other duties as requested by Directors.
